High School Germ

How can people be so caught up with their reputation they can't even take a second to think about the things they do to make themselves look good how it can make somebody else look so bad. When you hangout with someone so much, you don't really notice how they rub off on you. Sometimes the things like in the movies actually take place in the real world. How one girl becomes a complete different person  and becomes a snob, how one guy smokes in the bathroom from staight A's who won't give his seat up next to the board. We don't really take the negative scenarios as serious as the postives. When you're younger you just imagine how awesome it would be to just be the "popular kid", the one everyone loves to be around. The one who everyones world revolves around. We leave out the bad stuff; the stuff that usually takes us there. We don't care if some kids eating a peanut butter sandwich and you completely and utterly hate peanut butter, right? I think we are all just so concentrated on being something we're not than rather being ourselves. The generations to come will be the exact same way unless we pressure them into taking control of their lives and living for themselves. We really should only care about the imporatant things in life. Family, what we do have, what can be taken from us any second. Not what we don't have and what we want because everyone else has it. It might be a little cliche but, be yourself.
